Spirit lied to me saying they would give me a refund after I called them an hour after the reservation was made, since the reservation was made without the authorization of one of my relatives.
After weeks passed and no refund appeared on my credit card, I called them again and they said their policies had changed, and they could only give me a 100% credit for booking another ticket. The worst part is they only gave me 60 days to use it after the cancellation!!!
I work, I'm not in vacation anymore. How in the world am I going to spend the original $1,000 when I can't leave work just to fulfill Spirit's unfair policies!
They are scammers! Liars! I don't know how the DOT allows them to operate. Customer service doesn't work for customers but for their own dirty money-sucking interests!
I just want my money back. I never used their services and I don't want to use it even once in my life. Worst american airline!
