I attempted to CANCEL my membership on the day of renewal, ON THE DAY! They told me it was not possible and that I would be charged and was not eligible for a refund. I wasn't calling a week past, a month past ... it was on the day. If that doesn't show any customer service leniency then I don't know what would.
One more thing: every customer service option leads to a dead end, another menu or a hang up. I had to go through the process of booking a flight just to get a person on the phone.
