For that we got: -Charged $35 EACH WAY for a carry on, $45 if we waited to get to the airport. (Yes, that's right... for a CARRY ON!) -Charged $5 one way and $7 the other to reserve a seat by the window. -Charged $3 for a coke. -2 hours on hold to customer service because the "secure" server to take her credit card wasn't even HTTPS (seriously? isn't that enough to warn you off right there?) -Another 2 hours on hold because the return flight check in process would only allow her to check in for the flight she took THERE... last week! (WTF??) -Seats so close the person in front of you reclined into your lap -Rude employees and wretched stewards that acted like they had been fired from every airline they ever worked for, and probably had been if this is the only thankless job they could get -Hours of aggravation an stress. My sweet wife actually reverted to cussing like a trucker.
WOW... what a f'ing "Deal"!!
We will NEVER fly this airline again. But if you doubt me, give it a shot. You will realize what an idiot you were for ignoring this warning. I'd gladly pay the $100 bucks to get back our time and aggravation.
