In May of 2015 Spirit failed to ship my drums and instead left them in my home city. I arrived to my destination to find that this had happened and had to purchase a new drum ($300) to fulfill my gigging obligations.
After filing the report, Spirit informed me that they would not reimburse me for this expense. They effected my business and I demand they pay me back for the trouble and loss they caused me on this business trip.
