Gregg M. writes: March 23 flight from Tampa-Minneapolis had a flight attendant named Rodney.
I sat behind the exit row as he recited the instructions for seating in that row at 3 times normal speed, in heavily accented English. He then picked on this young woman who could speak English if you spoke normally.
He yelled at her, "you can't sit here, this isn't a joke!" Then he pointed at other customers and said, "you, come up and sit here!"
I know this is hard to believe, but the girl was in tears with embarrassment, and the fact she had paid extra for the seat. She was stuck in a middle seat in the back, away from her bags and her friend. I complained to Rodney about how shabby I thought he treated her, and he told me I better not complain any more about it for the rest of the flight.
I've flown over two million miles, and I've never seen anything like this!
