Grace K. writes: Terrible, Rude, Bad Service was provided by a gate agent whose name is Debra/Supervisor on Dec. 10, 2014 Flight No. 561 from Las Vegas to Los Angeles leaving Las Vegas at 13:41 PM.
Debra gives an order to pay $100.00 for each carry-on luggage at the gate, 30 minutes prior to boarding. So I paid $200.00 for two (2) carry on bags (mine and my daughter's). She could say nicely instead of being RUDE & TERRIBLE for a potential client like me.
Debra needs LOTS of TRAINING as an agent at the gate and needs to know how to treat clients with a smile instead of ripping clients off at the gate with TERRIBLE attitude!
All I wanted was a nice attitude with a smile from Debra instead of being RUDE, also being TERRIBLE!! Debra ruined my image of Spirit Airlines, and because of Debra, Spirit Airlines lost potential clients like me in the future.
I will tell everybody my TERRIBLE, BAD experience with Spirit Airlines!!
