Today I arrived at the airport early and I asked for the emergency exit row and the supervisor said she has to charge me. I told her I have flown Spirt over 50 flights and NEVER EVER been charged, I was also told by a Spirt employee that it is a violation to charge for the emergency exit row for safety reasons.
The supervisor said she doesnt care and I have to pay. I am a regular customer on Spirt airlines and have flown OVER 50 FLIGHTS but this WILL BE MY LAST IF I CANT get the exit row for free.
SPIRIT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the airline industry. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN.. SPIRIT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE AIRLINE INDUSTRY!!!!
