renew. I am positive that I did this. I was surprised to see that I was
charged the annual renewal fee. I looked back at my emails to find a
confirmation email but could not find one anywhere. Thinking maybe I was
mistaken, I went back on the website and cancelled again. I then found
out why I couldn't find any record of cancelling the first time: a pop
up window! All you see when you cancel is a pop up window that says
you've successfully cancelled, no date, no transaction number, nothing.
This time I was smart - I took a picture with my camera showing this
message - now I have proof! For a company that sends a million email
solicitations, I find it interesting that they don't send an email
confirmation of a cancellation. I have to think that I did cancel
successfully the first time but just wasn't smart enough to make sure I
had a record of it! Spirit Airlines; WHERE'S YOUR SPIRIT?!
