April writes: Tried to pre-pay for my checked bag online. I am in Spirit's $9 Club so I should get it for $36 round trip. Of course their crappy website was not allowing me to do this. So I called and was told to wait an hour and try again. I did and still wasn't working so I called again and was told that I should wait 2 hours and try again. Still no. Then I tried to call back and no one would take my call. When I did talk to a customer service person the first time they told me I would not get my discount because I was not paying for the bag online!! Why couldn't the creep just let me do it on the phone and honor my discount because their website wasn't working? Now I am going to be charged almost 80 freakin dollars.
